- Entry Fee – $300.00
- Registration Ends 9/22/2024 at 11:59 P.M.
- NO REFUNDS
- Cook-Off teams will receive 2 Vehicle Passes per purchased Space. This pass must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle. Any vehicle without a pass will be towed from the cook-off area (NO VEHICLES IN OR OUT DURING FESTIVAL)
- Vendor gates will close at 3 P.M. on Friday, October 4, 2024 and will remain closed until Sunday, October 6, 2024 at 12 A.M.
- Any TRASH/NON-BIO DEGRADABLE MATERIAL LEFT IN CAMP SITE AND NOT PUT IN THE DUMPSTER will result in the Team not being able to come back the following year. This includes hay, wood, pallets, lumber, decorations, fences, tents, broken chairs, couches, etc.

You will need to enter the proper amount in the payment page. If the wrong amount is entered or no payment is received, your registration will not be complete and a volunteer will reach out to you to complete payment.
